The theatres across our facilities, provide a vibrant, exciting, and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none.Private Care at Guy's is part of London Bridge Hospital, it has four Operating Theatres offering a wide range of surgeries including Robotics, Urology and Gynaecology. Equipped with three state-of-the-art DaVinci Surgical Systems, our theatres boast one of the largest multi-specialty private robotic programmes in the UK. With 49 patient bedroomsand four Level 3 ICU beds we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care, delivering a level of care rarely found in the private sector.Successful candidates will be part of a large theatre team of colleagues, experienced professionals. London Bridge has a successful track record of career progression, offering support and development to those seeking to aspire higher or widen their knowledge.With 160 beds, 28 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care and have use of the latest technologies and healthcare innovations.Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you will lead a team of Anaesthetic practitioners working closely with scrub and recovery colleagues. You will have a strong knowledge and experience in operating theatres with an excellent understanding of the perioperative needs of patients, and a wide knowledge of peri-operative nursing practices and procedures. You must be organised, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience of supervising a multi-disciplinary team providing the highest standard of patient care across a varied caseload.At HCA UK we care about what you care about.
