Our client, a brain tumour research charity are looking for a Supporter Care Supervisor to ensure the Supporter Care team thank their donors and supporters, as well as providing support, building connections to ensure a lifetime relationship between the charity and supporter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to make a difference in one of the most innovative and exciting medical research fundraising charities in the UK. Supporter Care SupervisorLocation: Head Office, Milton KeynesSalary: Circa £29,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, Full Time, 35 hours per weekDirect Reports: Supporter Care Administrators x2Benefits: Holiday entitlement, 25 days per annum, excluding UK Public Holidays, access to an Employee Assistance Programme and option to join their healthcare scheme. About the Role As Supporter Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for the thanking process, checking and writing letters to donors and supporters as well as providing help with fundraising. The purpose of this is to build a lifetime relationship with their supporters, from start to finish and beyond. The Supporter Care Supervisor is also responsible for the administrative management of other supporter processes including the Legacy process and National Free Wills Network.
