Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people? Do you have a nurturing spirit and a desire to empower others to reach their full potential? If so, we invite you to join the Social Care team as a Support Worker in the residential children's homes based in Camden, Haringey and Islington. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated, compassionate, and eager to learn. While experience in supporting vulnerable young people is desired, it is not essential.

Pay: £12.50 - 13.30 p/h

Support Worker Benefits:


  • Temp to perm contract including full-time waking night shifts.

Support Worker Responsibilities:


  • Providing emotional and social support to young people,
  • Encouraging their involvement in local communities.
  • Engaging young people in domestic duties within the home, including meal planning, and shopping.
  • Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our young people.

Support Worker Requirements:


  • Passionate and Energetic: We're seeking individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and bring energy and enthusiasm to their work every day.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with young people, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: The ability to adapt to changing situations and work schedules, as well as being flexible in your approach to tasks and responsibilities, is crucial for success in this role.
