Job Title: Tenancy Support Worker (FTC Maternity Cover until March 2025)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to joinour dynamic team of Tenancy Support Workers in Amber Valley.
We support individuals experiencing mental health issues in both supported living settings and the community, helping them build the confidence and daily living skills necessary for independent living. As a keyworker, you will work with individuals to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness, while also promoting positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting them in developing the skills needed for independent living.
Whether working independently or within wider teams, you should be proactive and capable of making decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the individuals we work alongside to achieve positive outcomes and reach their goals.
