Support Workers
This unique service is designed to provide a bespoke service for each member of a small Religious Community in Ealing. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Sisters are provided with the highest quality of support by facilitating each person to live an independent and fulfilled life. You will support a small team of staff in the governance of this service in an efficient and effective manner in the aims and objectives of the service.
We have a number of positions available at various hours per week, covering the 24/7 continuum, which are negotiable as well as and Bank Support Worker positions.
What we need from you as a Support Worker:
* Proven experience in exceptional care of the elderly, and essentially a recognised Health or Social Care qualification level 3
* Proven experience working in a team.
* Excellent communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* You will need to hold an up-to-date vaccination record for Covid-19.
* Non-discriminatory and respect for cultural and religious heritage of all people
* Be able to work across the 24/7 continuum including sleep overs.
* Holder of a full UK driving licence would be desirable.
Salary/package: Hourly rate £15.00 per hour, working on a variety of shift patterns. Example of shifts can be 8am – 3pm/ 3pm – 9pm with occasional sleepovers.
