Broadcast Support Specialist
About the Role
You will work with the company's in-house Support Team, providing customer service and technical support team to a client base across Europe. You will provide email and phone support for a variety of Broadcast products, troubleshoot complex issues, and complete hands-on practical testing/diagnosis.

My client is a world-leading provider and manufacturer of broadcast video technology with solutions including high-end digital movie cameras, production switches and cutting-edge video editing software.
Requirements
Strong understanding of technology
Experience in a customer-facing role
Broadcast, post-production, camera or AV experience
Understanding of basic broadcast and video terminology
Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of IT principles to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
