This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong managementskills
and experience of working with vulnerable adults to make a real difference in the lives o
f the service users by leading a s
uccessful and caring support team.
The main responsibilities of the Support Services Manager role will be;
Manging staff schedules, absence sickness and leave.
Hold w
eekly meetings with Team Leaders
and offer support and advice
Direct line management of all support staff in Sheffield/Rotherham branch, including supervisions and appraisals
and
Manag
ement of
grievance and disciplinary issues.
