As a member of the school team you will be expected to work with pupils, colleagues and parents. We require candidates to have experience in working with young people and to be committed to supporting, encouraging and including all children in achieving their potential. You should have a good general standard education including evidence of competency in literacy and numeracy. A specialist or relevant qualification in childcare or education is desirable. You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
