Support Coordinator
We're looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Services based in the Dorset East area.
There will be opportunities to hot desk within Bournemouth and Christchurch, as well as Poole NHS sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide Key Worker support following a stroke.
Position:
S11166 Stroke Support Coordinator (x 2 posts)
Location:
Home-based, Dorset East however, Frequent travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours:
Part-time, 2 x 28 hours per week
Salary:
Circa £21,391 per annum
Contract:
This is a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026 and there is funding for this role until 30 June 2026.
