This role is responsible for matching educators with opportunities at schools and nurseries, ensuring all parties experience a great, mutually beneficial working relationship.And it gives you the opportunity to play a key role in improving the educational experience for children in your area and throughout the UK.Your role in the Humly revolutionAs a Support Coordinator, you’re the first line of support for our educators, schools and nurseries – and the best. You’re responsible for answering phone calls, replying to emails, and responding to any and all marketplace questions that come your way during business hours.The Support Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Team Leader: Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and keep Humly’s marketplace open during business hours. Embrace the role of first-line support for all our external stakeholders: educators, schools, nurseries, etc. Provide excellent service to everyone you engage with. Ensure urgent and short-term jobs get matched in our marketplace. Work collaboratively with everyone on the operations team. Ensure we stay on top of administrative tasks, i.e. PO numbers. Educate our educators, schools and nurseries in how to use our app. Be flexible and willing to shift priorities depending on business needs.
