You will be responsible for delivering activity sessions for older people and providing support in either of our Day Centres, based in Mount Gould and Plymstock.
Your role will involve working as part of a team, working closely with our management team, clients, families, and friends of the people you are supporting alongside other health and social care professionals to ensure people are supported to lead the lives they choose.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering activities within a care setting and a qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, if you have no Health and Social Care qualification you will be expected to work towards your Care Certificate provided by us. You will need to work well as part of a team and be enthusiastic about delivering engaging activities to older people.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
