With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we strive to exceed expectations and deliver superior service to our clients.The Kinovo Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients, with a specific focus on addressing enquiries related to contract management software and processes.The ideal candidate will possess: A strong understanding of contract management principlesExcellent communication skillsA passion for delivering top notch supportPrior experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or IT support capacity, providing assistance and resolving issues for clients or end usersFamiliarity with ticketing systems or help desk software used for logging, tracking, and managing client support requests and incidentsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareProficiency in computer hardware, software, and operating systems, with a solid understanding of networking, troubleshooting methodologies, and diagnostic toolsUnderstanding of support processes, procedures, and best practices, including incident management, escalation procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field (preferred) As part of your role as an Analyst within the support team, you will be given the opportunity to work with our providers and colleagues to implement new technology to the business in a project capacity.Joining our dynamic support team presents an exhilarating chance to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with talented colleagues, and assist our valued clients/customers.Package & Benefits: £30,000 - £35,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 35 hour working weekAnnual Appraisals and Pay ReviewsBonus Scheme32 days pail annual leave Buy & Sell Holiday Scheme up to 4 days additional leaveShare Incentive PlanCycle to Work Green Bike SchemeCPD and sponsorship through professional qualificationsOpportunities to participate in social value commitments – helping communities in which we work to enrich lives, offer genuine employment opportunities, raise standards of living.
