Supply Teaching Assistants

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team in South Gloucestershire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development. Whether it's providing 1:1 assistance or assisting in a general classroom setting, your commitment to education will make a difference.

• 1:1 Support: Work closely with individual students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), learning disabilities, and difficulties.
• Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Resource Management: Assist in managing classroom resources effectively.

• Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN or disabilities is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Be a confident communicator and able to use your initiative.
• Caring Nature: Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students' growth.
