Position: Supply Primary Teaching Assistant - FULL / PART TIME OPTIONS

Location: Yate, Gloucestershire

Salary: �80 - �95 per day

Are you passionate about education and supporting young learners? We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team in Yate. As a teaching assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Classroom Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to support students during lessons, ensuring their understanding and engagement.
• Individualized Support: Work with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups, providing targeted assistance based on their needs.
• Behavior Management: Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, helping maintain discipline and encouraging positive behavior.
• Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources.
• Supervision: Monitor students during break times and other non-classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a teaching assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Qualifications: A relevant teaching assistant qualification is advantageous.
• Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly across different year groups and subjects.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with students, staff, and parents.
• Enthusiasm: A passion for education and a commitment to student well-being.
