Flourish Education are recruiting a Supply Teacher to join the Flourish team and work in primary schools in Evesham on a day-to-day supply basis.
Flourish Education are currently working with many Primary schools across Pershore and are recruiting Primary Teachers to work on an Ad hoc/Day to Day basis as well as longer-term placements.

The Supply Teacher role
As this is a day-to-day Supply Teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons however you will be expected to:
Deliver pre-planned lessons with engaging and creative methods and mark work for the class.
Create a positive learning environment.
Work alongside the teaching assistant
Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
Required skills and experience for the Supply Teacher.
Experience teaching across primary schools including KS1 and KS2 (Key Stage 1 and Stage 2).
Must have the relevant teacher status: QTS primary/ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Ability to manage a classroom with excellent communication skills.
