Role: Supply/Relief Teacher
Location: Haringey
Pay Rate: �150-�180 per day
Hours: 08:15-15:30
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education are currently recruiting qualified primary teachers to work in 'Good' and 'Outstanding' primary schools in the�Newham area for daily and short-term cover.
Supply teaching allows for flexible work and competitive rates of pay, without the workload of planning and marking lessons etc. It provides excellent opportunities for new teachers to gain more classroom experience before taking on a full-time role. Or perhaps you have other commitments and need a greater work/life balance. Supply teaching also gives retired teachers the opportunity to earn extra money without the planning, marking and commitment required with full-time or permanent teaching.
What the role will involve:
  • Supervising classes and delivering lessons set by the class teacher
  • Setting high expectations of behaviour and learning from the outset
  • Ensuring all children are working on set tasks and assisting where possible
  • Upholding KCSIE regulations at all times
  • Ensuring all school policies are upheld
Who we are looking for:
  • QTS teachers, both NQTs and experienced teachers
  • International and EU applicants are welcome to apply having UK experience/or knowledge of the UK National Curriculum is an advantage
  • EYFS to KS2 supply available
  • Teachers that can offer a flexible commitment and be prepared to work in a variety of schools
  • Teachers that are looking for day to day work as well as long term/permanent positions
  • Teachers with good behaviour management
