The Consultancy Group - Programme Director (Supply Chain Restructuring)
The Consultancy Group are currently supporting a global Blue-Chip organisation on their Transformation journey and are seeking a Programme Director to lead a supply chain restructuring project. The ideal candidate will need to be a fluent French speaker with a background in Professional Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant change within a dynamic environment while collaborating with a diverse team across different locations. Based in either Paris or London £125 – £135 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of the supply chain restructuring programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of milestones.
Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project teams, and external partners, to drive collaboration and facilitate effective communication.
Management: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the programme, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
Allocation: Manage project resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology, to optimize productivity and achieve project goals within established constraints.
Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing employee engagement.
Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the programme, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
Experience in programme or project management, with a focus on supply chain restructuring or transformation initiatives.
In Professional Services, consulting, or relevant industry experience preferred.
Fluency in French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives to completion.
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
In project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Willingness to travel to Paris as required.
