MISSIONS Smulders is looking for one Supply Chain & Procurement Manager.Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to Director of Smulders Projects UK:PurchaseControl suppliers pool (relationship management)Set up contracts / POs/SLAsProject Purchase: Purchase and follow up (BOM / Call off)Site Purchase: Purchase/Hire and follow up of site materials (Price/quality)Propose investments vs hireCheck and approval of invoices (PO/SLAs/Contracts)Project Management / Engineering / ProductionFollow up on delivery of project materialsSet up a Purchase Plan – Call off and BOMDelivery input at Management review meetingsSupport Internal transport (hire, purchase etc)Update Production on critical deliveriesHRDivision of tasks within the departmentEvaluate/recruit new staffLogisticsWarehouse ManagementManagement of call off of different projects – complete control of call offWeekly call off reports (Progress & project plan)Quality AssuranceAssist and advise QA / QC department towards continuous improvement and leading changeAct as an instigator within the supply chain and procurment department (local and within the Group)Monitor improvement plans (review & reassess) WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications :
Master degree in Supply Chain management.
Experiences : At least 3 year’s Experience on a similar position Skills : English mandatoryCost control of large scales projects regarding orders and the terms of deliveryMarket of suppliersFunctioning of purchasing, internal purchasing procedures and administrative order processingUnderstanding of computer systemsConversant with MS Office, ERP, Internet/IntranetPrevious demonstratable experience in a relevant / related roleShould be experienced in leading a team (1 to 50 persons)WORK CONDITIONSBased in NewcastleRECRUITMENT PROCESSPhone HR interview : 15 minHR InterviewLast interview with the project director #EspritDeFamille
