With years of combined experience developing sustainable packaging alternatives, the team is highly dynamic, versatile, and hands-on, with a flexible approach to problem-solving. They are always ready to embrace change and continuously strive to improve the process and capabilities of our products while also responding to faults and challenges as they arise.Your profileWe are looking to employ a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Planner to create, modify, and manage third-party production schedules and inbound materials. You should have demonstrable experience in working with internal and external production partners to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget. We would also need you to have sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software, ideally CIN7. As well as the above, your day to day responsibilities will include:Monitoring inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers.Evaluating sales orders to create suitable production schedules.Estimating the amount of raw materials needed, collaborating with third- party manufacturers to ensure on-time production and readiness.Promptly addressing and resolving suppliers and third-party manufacturing issues to minimise delays in the supply chain.Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.If the above sounds like something you can see yourself doing, then please apply with a CV and cover letter and someone from our recruitment team will be in touch.SalaryNegotiable
