Regular supplier meetings to form collaborative working relationships and improved inventory outcomes.
Support buying team range plan with Open to Buy planning and intake phasing process.
Promotional management though planning, launching, exit and review phases.
Ensure Range Refresh launch availability and ongoing availability through close supplier communication and management, make any changes in the range, e.g. promotions, seasonal and range review.
Monitor, update and report critical path progress throughout the effective life of a product to identify issues and risks and take appropriate action.
Ensure stock is maintained at an optimum level by working on re-phasing and recommending cancellation, re-buy, delivering 'on time' availability.
Analysis of data across categories and measure performance and forecast as required.
Agree Open to Buy documentation with Buyers.
