Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Planner to join a market leading FMCG business.As Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for short, medium, and long-term strategy for inventory and materials planning for multiple sites across the UK, working closely with the operations and sales team to ensure efficient manufacture of all products.You will take the lead in developing and implementing the stock and risk strategy for the business with a large inventory portfolio of c.3500 SKUs.Key responsibilities include planning and tracking production flow, creating flexible plans based on forecast data, and optimising planning for seasonality.The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Supply Chain planning / Inventory management role ideally within FMCG, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make quick decisions.
