Position: Supply Chain Planner
Location: Cupar (KY15 7TJ)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 a year

Working Hours : Sunday to Thursday, with a requirement for some flexibility, which will include early starts at 5 - 6am, weekend working to cover team holidays and key events as well as possible travel to supplier sites.

Requirements:

• Outstanding planning skills are a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with an analytical and numerical mindset.
• Highly motivated
• professional under pressure
• an excellent manager of time, with an understanding of cost management.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong communicator both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling our vast supply chain of raw material and imported produce, maintaining accurate information on our ERP system and ultimately influencing the timely delivery of all customer orders.

As an Supply Chain Planner, you will:

• Monitoring production activity against plan and adjusting as necessary
• Analysis of Sales Performance v Forecast
• Handling supply issues
• Building excellent relationships with our suppliers and customers
• Working closely with the majority of internal contacts from Sales to Field and Production to Distribution
• Managing Material Call Offs/Orders and Production Work Orders in line with policies, forecasts and waste management targets
