Supply Chain Operations Manager

This is an exciting role for a long-standing pharmaceutical company who produce branded and generic products. Due to internal growth they are hiring for a new a Product Launch Lead. In this role, you essentially manage internally the product launch from a supply chain operation perspective ensuring the smooth transition of products from company to 3rd party logistics and so forth.
Responsibilities:
Manage the introduction of new products into existing and new territories.
Project manage new product development projects.
Work with Supply Chain to ensure validation of logistics route and warehouse.
Launch support overall process to ensure all new products are as per schedule, and cost budgets, supporting launch stock availability to sales in all markets.
Work with 3rd party suppliers where relevant, to ensure that all activities are performed in a timely manner.
Create GANTT charts / budget trackers for active projects.
Work with the Commercial / NPD team to create ‘Product Summary’ sheets.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent with experience in the same or a similar role
Current understanding of GMP/GDP
Strong Supply Chain process experience.
Good experience on supplier contracts etc.
Experience of managing relationships of suppliers, CMOs, logistics providers, wholesalers, and laboratories.
End-to-end project management experience of new product launches involving multiple external participants.
Strong interpersonal skills at all levels.
Ability to successfully manage numerous and complex product launch projects.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
