Supply Chain Manager

This role is for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing the supply chain and logistics function within a growing food business. The successful candidate will utilise their skills in supply chain management to improve efficiency and productivity.

Description

• Manage the end to end supply chain and logistics - distribution, planning, forecasting and stock control
• Work cross functionally with other key stakeholders such as NPD, Procurement and Marketing.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee supply chain risk management.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand in the London area.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in the food, hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Solid understanding of forecasting and stock control
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software.
