Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Package: £80,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for the development and strategic management of the Groups Supply Chain.
You would be working for a company that was voted one of the best companies to work for in the UK and a company that have an excellent pipeline of work.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the groups procurement strategy and ensure this is aligned to meet agreed goals and objectives.
Lead developer of supply chain improvement and continuous improvement associated with HSQE and delivery.
Be accountable for the development of the key metrics and service level initiatives to improve and manage supply chain performance.
To encourage and support your team in enhancing their performance by providing direction, regular feedback and development opportunities.
Requirements
Relevant Construction degree.
Proven track record in the Supply Chain Manager role.
Experience working for a UK Main Contractor.
