Role PurposeThe focus of the role is to contribute to the effective management of assigned suppliers, be the interface between assigned suppliers and internal departments. Deliver indemnity savings and reduce operational expense. Optimise the customer experience (improve customer satisfaction & reduce complaints), drive down customer & claims lifecycle - supporting the MSG’s Claims Transformation Programme.
