65K DOE, 4 Days Work Week, 20 Days Holiday Entitlement (5 weeks), Pension, Company Events, Free Parking, Development & Training Supply Chain Manager - Responsibilities include:
Effective management of team ensuring communication and performance management. Manage the entire lifecycle of sourcing and procurement projects, from planning and bid preparation to budget/forecasting, negotiation, invoicing and reporting. Lead on the preparation and release of all customer quotations ensuring they have had input from all required functions, are accurate and can be delivered as stated. Implement and maintain policies and procedures and ensure best practice procurement processes are continually developed. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs Develop and implement cost-based reduction strategies capable of delivering annual target savings. Develop organisational goals and objectives to meet the annual business sales forecast. Develop procurement strategies relating to all spend areas. Develop and implement procedures or systems to evaluate and select suppliers.
Supply Chain Manager - Knowledge, Skills and Experience Desired:
Ideally have experience within defence You must be able to demonstrate a good track record as a logistics/supply chain manager within a fast pace operations environment. Thorough understanding of ISO 9000
