Your key duties and responsibilities will include:Managing Third-Party Logistics Providers:Negotiating and managing commercial agreements with third-party logistics providers.Overseeing the performance of third-party logistics partners to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party logistics providers to drive continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness.Implementation of Logistics Software Systems:Leading the implementation of logistics software systems to streamline operations and enhance visibility across the supply chain.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of logistics software solutions.Providing training and support to team members on the use of logistics software systems.End-to-End Supply Chain Management:Developing and executing strategies to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution.Identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and agility.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed to meet targets and objectives.Inventory Management and Supplier Relations:Managing inventory levels to balance demand and supply while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.Cultivating strong commercial relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components.Collaborating with suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives and mitigate supply chain risks.
