I am seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing their procurement, inventory management, and logistics functions.Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management: Evaluate vendor performance, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Data System Management: Maintain and update ERP systems with accurate purchasing data. Departmental Management: Set objectives, assign tasks, and provide leadership to the procurement team. Stores & Logistics: Collaborate cross-departmentally to optimise logistics operations and maintain quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to the supply chain processes.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred. 7-10 years of experience in supply chain and purchasing management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Die Shop or Machine Shop industries is advantageous. Certification in supply chain management or procurement is desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Interested?
