Key Responsibilities
- Lead a growing team and oversee the development and implementation of an efficient supply chain strategy.
- Foster a great culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising out-of-stock situations, while optimising working capital.
- Analyse historical data, market trends, and customer insights to refine forecasts, improve accuracy, and drive proactive decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including procurement, production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Develop and enhance ERP / MRP systems and reports, leveraging technology to streamline processes and provide accurate and real-time insights.
- Collaborate closely with sales & marketing teams and utilise market intelligence to develop a robust forecasting process, accurately predicting customer demand.
Your Experience
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG/Manufacturing/Pharma/Retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimisation.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing ERP / MRP systems and reports.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
