Position OverviewMentor and develop the Procurement Manager and Warehouse Team Leader.Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to make and maintain sales predictions, handle exceptions, and analyse any discrepancies in forecasts to spot trends and changes.Improve purchasing parameters to make ordering products more efficient.Learn about customer buying habits and how they affect procurement.Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to confirm shipping dates and lead times.Negotiate with suppliers and monitor their performance to keep costs down.Set up and track performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement and warehouse teams.Assist the Warehouse Team Leader with incoming and outgoing shipments.Understand the logistics of products in and out, and negotiate with carriers for the best rates.Regularly check the warehouse inventory to keep it accurate through stock cycles and counts.Understand each team member's role to ensure coverage when someone is absent.Supply Chain Manager
Position RequirementsA strong supply chain background.Proficient in mentoring, supporting, and leading.Skilled in supplier negotiation.Exceptional management across Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics.Strong analytical abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Efficient organisation and planning capabilities.Able to adapt within different functions of the supply chain team.Supply Chain Manager
