Description

• Manage and oversee the entire supply chain department
• Implement effective procurement strategies
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
• Optimisation of business processes associated with the control of inventories, WIP and supply to manufacturing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the department
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals
• Drive the company's sustainability efforts within the supply chain

Profile

• Proven experience in managing supply chains in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and sustain a high performing team
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with ERP & relevant systems to support all aspects of planning, procurement, warehouse & distribution management
