Supply Chain Manager

My client a successful food manufacturer in Lincolnshire area are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and lead the end to end supply chain function at a fast paced chilled food manufacturing site.

Reporting to the Site Director you will be responsible for all supply operations and execution of plan as per customer demand.

You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a 'people person' you will manage, develop and lead your teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.

Skills and experience:

• Working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment


• Focused on continuous improvement, efficiencies and LEAN processes


• Strong communicator and direct customer contact�


• Budgetary/ financial awareness


• Procurement experience�


• Leadership skills, keen to develop, educate and drive change from within

The role:

• Permanent


• Monday to Friday


• Based around at 8.30am-5pm with flexibility as needed for the business needs


• 3 Direct Reports


• Sits on senior leadership team
