Supply Chain Manager - LEAN / Six Sigma - Amazing package to �75,000+ Bath

Leading organisation requires a Supply Chain Manager with proven experience in supply chain management, with a successful track record of process optimisation and cost reduction in an engineering or manufacturing background. You will have solid experience of supply-chain and Lean methodology, strong data analysis and ERP knowledge and supply chain management software and tools. Any certs in APIC's or Lean / 6 Sigma green belt trained is beneficial.

As a Supply Chain Manager you will be a strong people leader with demonstrable change management experience with lots of enthusiasm and energy to lead and motivate global cross functional teams where you will manage the end-to-end supply chain in accordance with the operations and supply chain strategy taking a proactive and disciplined approach to Environmental, Health and Safety policies. You will be responsible for all aspects of supply-chain design, execution and performance, standardisation of processes and best practises, understand and deliver the customer requirements from delivery to despatch, problem resolution, root cause countermeasure and action plans to minimise disruption to the customer whilst building relationships and processes with Suppliers, ensuring purchase orders and processes deliver customer satisfaction and order book reviews are conducted, identifying risks, working collaboratively with global sourcing to resolve.

You will manage all aspects of inventory control and flow, ensuring values, levels, storage and transactions, approving supply chain design and system parameters against flows, accuracy and efficiency of Warehouse processes including material flow and stocktaking policies and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and control, facilitating the SiOP process, leading the creation of capacity plans and master planning schedules, providing specific visibility and recommendations to future constraints, utilise lean tools and techniques (ie- Kaizen and SMED) and Supply Chain metrics, performance, and root cause countermeasures, Gross / Net Inventory, Slow and Non-Moving Stock, RIO Rate, Net Value accuracy and Absolutely quantity accuracy
