Supply Chain Manager Remote Working

DSJ Global are searching for a Supply Chain Manager to come in, and establish a central supply chain function across this client’s multiple business units. The right candidate will have a passion for change management, bringing together these multiple ‘local businesses’ to grow a more ‘mature’, ‘synergised’ organisation – rolling out group-wide processes and best practices.
Define and roll-out a Global Supply Chain strategy across the existing entities.
Form a central, group-wide supply chain function, establishing best practices across planning, procurement/sourcing, inventory management and logistics/transportation
ERP Systems), ensuring definition and adoptions is optimized from a supply chain perspective
Drive performance through development of new KPI Dashboards across the entire supply chain network, using these to achieve operational excellence
Change Management: Create and optimize processes across all the international location, ensuring successful adoption and long-term implementation by working together with the local entities
Optimize the group sourcing strategy, overseeing supplier performance, contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
Increase cross-functional visibility and collaboration to drive performance improvements across lead time, cost, on-time delivery etc
Experience overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, including Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management and Logistics
Fluency in English is required
Ability to manage international teams, fostering a global supply chain culture across multiple locations (which have traditionally worked separately)
Able to clearly articulate strategic vision to both junior and senior stakeholders across different business functions
