An automotive component manufacturer with sites across Europe require a Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor to supervise the daily activities of the supply chain launch team. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in a fast-paced, preferably automotive manufacturing environment.

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will have the following duties:
Plan, organise, and conduct activities within its area in an effective manner towards achieving common objectives within the plant.
Take action to ensure the supply chain team achieve the relevant operational KPI's.
Supervise the team's activities relating to the conversion of demand plans, build plans, and realistic supply chain schedules.
The Person
Educated to degree level or in a recognized qualification in supply chain or logistics, you will have the following experience:
Extensive experience in supervising a supply chain & logistics team in a fast-paced, preferably automotive manufacturing environment.
Significant experience in new product and new program introductions.
Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
