We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Lead to cover 9 to 12 months of Maternity Leave.This is a full time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday with some flexibility to cover weekends required.Salary £34,000 to £36,500 per annum depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:1.

Updating Cap plan with Customer updates, and sharing swings with stakeholders, linking in to point 5b.
Coordinating, planning and micromanaging promo activity with all departments3.
Production Planning - Downstreama.
Lead the Supply Chain Coordinators in Daily Production Schedulingb.
Cost effective efficient daily plan to production,
i.
Driving Planning improvements
ii.
Flagging to Service Depts. of it impacting efficiency or service to the customer. c.
Inventory Optimisation and understanding of PPV impacts4.
Relationship mgmt. with peer departments; Engineering, Technical, NPD, Production, collaborative CI approacha.
Joint collaborative projectsb.
Allocation of time needed for maintenance, samples, training etcc.
Be available for pre-pros to expand on knowledge base5.
Material Mgmt.a.
Weekly requirements into Central Business Unit – Dashboard lead
i.
Managing divergences and recoveryb.
On Site Mgmt.
i.
External site call offs
ii.
Issuing/returns to runs
iii.
IP – Most cost-effective options flagged
iv.
Finished goods risk managed with customer to strive for zero waste6.
Post-Production Routines and KPI reportinga.
Daily and weekly standard KPIsb.
Flag rotation/missing stock/freezer variancesc.
Coordinating with Logistics providers if there are issues downstream, and subsequently the customer informed too7.
Customer Interfacea.
Supply Chain to Supply Chain’ dialogue with customer; joined up and transparent approachb.
Stock overview, projections, derogationsc.
Enhanced comms at key pointsd.
Clear communication of recovery plans or stock surplus when needede.
Joined up OTIF and MOQ analysis8.
Master Data Mgmt.a.
Maintaining run rates agrees with Commercial SCM & Ops Managementb.
Supplier Master Data eg, MOQ, UOM, lead time – Flagging where differs from RACICore KPIs·
