About the job
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Director with a background in retail merchandising (or FMCG equivalent) to lead the supply chain strategy at Harvey Jones. This includes procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and the installation of our kitchens. The role focuses on ensuring top-quality products and services are delivered on time and at the right price, supporting the Commercial and Marketing teams to develop leading products, optimise margins, and increase market share.
The successful candidate will aim to create an efficient, agile, and cost-effective supply chain to boost customer value, sales, and profitability. Based in Cambridgeshire, we offer a full-time position with a competitive salary, equity potential, and the possibility of a hybrid working pattern.
