Supply Chain Coordinator

Stream Measurement provide a wide range of measurement, services and data solutions to the water, process, utility and energy sector. We are partners with several of the world s leading instrumentation providers including Sensus, Dresser Actaris Gas, ABB, WIKA and Red Seal. The role is office based. Job Role Overall, the role is to Supply Chain Team and responsibilities include:
Develop purchasing and supply chain processes. Continuous improvement of stock control and management. Supporting customers throughout projects providing proactive reports and updates. Help represent the company in large and/or complex bids, orders and projects. Support the team with technical issues and ensure effective supply chain delivery. Build and develop effective relationships with internal and external customers including attendance at meetings. Review and improve business processes to maximise business opportunities and effectively manage costs. Solve complex logistical problems. Expedite orders, manage inspections and control documentation submittal. Liaise with suppliers to monitor their performance. Provide updates to customers on calls, teleconferences and meetings.
Candidate Requirements
A graduate with an operations/supply chain and/or engineering/technical degree.
Confident in dealing with customers. An interest in all things supply chain. IT literate with an interest and knowledge of Microsoft Excel packages. Able to integrate and add value to a successful team in a dynamic environment. An outgoing, ambitious and disciplined individual with an attention to detail.
