Over 70 different nationalities are represented on AEG’s team and with offices in Miami, Houston, Tahoe, London, Dubai, and Singapore the company combines a global presence with a local touch.AEG Core Values:Excellence & TeamworkEntrepreneurship & InnovationRespect & TrustAlways Do What’s RightPosition Description:Supply Coordinator – Europe will be responsible for supporting AEG’s supply team by ensuring that AEG’s supply chain partners fulfill contractual obligations to levels that satisfy AEG’s responsibilities to the customers.Responsibilities:Execute and manage negotiated contractual terms with all supply chain partners.Maintain contractual database and ensure all contracts are executed in accordance with the AEG company policy.Implement a structured approach to manage supplier contracts post-deal to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Use all available information to ensure that the commercial terms are accurately reflected on the AEG systems.Develop an in-depth understanding of pricing mechanisms at different airports within the European region.Work closely with the Billing, CSR, Pricing, Credit, Tax, Dispatch, and Vendor Reconciliation teams to manage the full process of supplier pricing disputes, including invoice analysis, pricing comparison, statement of account evaluation, supplier communication and billing corrections.Maintain a clear line of communication with suppliers to ensure efficient invoice dispute resolution.Effectively communicate to internal and external groups and enact appropriate escalation processes.Support the European supply team by collating data and compiling market reports.Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new processes.Identify internal and external data sources to help answer questions related to business issues and optimize key processes in the AEG sales cycle.Required Skills and Experience:Four-year Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.Advanced to expert Microsoft Excel experience which includes building spreadsheets, pivot tables and working with formulas.Ability to professionally interact with others at all levels across the organization.Strong communication skills and ability to engage a variety of people and understand their needs (finance, sales, supply chain, marketing, operations)Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.Identify potential problems, present alternatives and propose solutions.Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented.Proactive, highly organized, self-starter with a sense of urgency and “can do” attitude.Recommended Skills and Experience:Aviation fuel/flight operations knowledgeProficiency in other European languages in addition to EnglishAnalytical decision-making skills that foster thoughtful options for actionPersonal integrity and dedicated to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience
