As part of the global API Group, we join a family of organisations where leadership, and leadership development is our most powerful strategic advantage and the best way to invest in our people.SALARY: up to £24,000 per annum25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysFree Onsite ParkingCycle to Work SchemeEmployee Referral Scheme (£#####)Company Pension SchemeLife Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)Employee Scholarship SchemeA Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discountsHealth & Wellbeing ResourcesBravo Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellenceWhat You’ll be Doing As Supply Chain CoordinatorWorking closely with the Category Manager, this role will see you managing and overseeing documents for the Subcontract Management SystemYou will:Operationally support the administration and coordination of all subcontractor requirementsBe the point of contact for all Chubb Value streams for all subcontractor mattersManage and maintain subcontractor matrix.Ensure that certifications for all prequalified subcontractors are reviewed and kept current.Liaise with subcontractors to ensure that all documents are submitted and meet requirements.Provide feedback to subcontractors.Handle the retrieval of documents and records and provide the status of subcontractors.Quickly and efficiently retrieve documents and data using Company procedures when needed.WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Hybrid WorkingWhat We Would Like You To BringPrior experience in a similar role preferableProficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, especially with excelUnderstanding of data organisation and storage knowledge.Strong administration and communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environmentExcellent attention to detailAbility to problem solve and work well under pressureIf this sounds like you, apply today and send us your application!
