Join us and together we can achieve more. Find out more here. About the roleThis role is to support export shipments to No7 Beauty company customers, primarily international customers. Key tasks include the production of Export paperwork, the booking of freight and communication with freight providers, and liaising with warehouse booking teams. You will sit within the Imports and Exports teamThe roles sits within the Imports & Exports team and reports to the Supply Chain Operations Assistant Manager. The team support multiple departments including Boots UK, No7 Beauty Company, and International Retail. You will manage all shipments to ensure they meet required timescales and rules and legislation. Important tasks include:· Track all Export Shipments· Liaise with the No7 Beauty Company warehouse to plan all collections· Create and share Export documentation including invoices, packing lists etc· Manage inbound bookings with Group warehouses· Manage new product set up with the No7 Beauty Company warehouse· Produce and share monthly reporting· Support freight providers to produce monthly KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesworking.What you’ll need to have· Experience working with warehouses and freight providers· Communication and organisations skills and attention to detail· Ability to prioritise workload· Meet critical deadlines· Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeIt would be great if you also have· Experience working with warehouses and freight providersOur benefitsRetirement Savings PlanEnhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave payDiscretionary annual bonusGenerous discount on our own brands and partner businessesFlexible benefits scheme including discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes, holiday buying and much more.We have a great range of benefits in addition to the above that go beyond salary and offer flexibility to suit you; click here
