This position reports into the Head of Customer Service UKIN and is based at High Wycombe, United Kingdom.

What You Will Do
We have an excellent opportunity within our Northern Europe Headquarters in High Wycombe for a Full Time role, that encapsulates 50% of the role as a Nordics Supply Operations Analyst & 50% of the role as Amazon Customer Service Manager.Clearly this will offer lots of breadth, diversity & variety within the role & provides a clear opportunity to deliver with impact across many touch points.The ultimate aim of this role is to positively improve & optimize the service level that we strive to deliver for our Customers & Consumers alike, each & every day.
Key Responsibilities
The Nordics Supply Operations Analyst element of the role will encompass working closely with our Regional Supply Organization, 3 rd
Party Warehouses and will work proactively work with the Nordics Commercial and Customer Service teams to maximize availability and optimize supply.
Undertake root cause analysis of UFR impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply.
Analyse supply and demand projections to proactively identify and communicate potential business risks, whilst deploying strategies to mitigate issues
.
Monitor current consumption trends and stock in trade data to identify potential business risks, whilst deploying strategies to mitigate issues
.
Collaborate with Regional Supply organisation to execute supply & inventory improvement plans.
Communicate business risks to in-market teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Development and Finance.
Provide customer and market insights for 0-3 month horizon into S&OP process.
Targeted customer reviews to support execution of critical commercial activities.
Partner with the commercial organisation to support achievement of the financial plan by highlighting inventory opportunities
.
Ensure excellent execution of key seasonal planning activities and provide insights to the business of seasonal performance
.
The Amazon Customer Services element of the role will encompass working closely with our Kenvue Commercial Amazon Account Managersto maximize availability and optimize supply.
Customer Operational Excellence

Improve external & internal KPI’s to support driving down Amazon chargebacks
Drive up confirmation rate & Efficient Receive and reduce Vendor lead time by reviewing past issues & working on solutions with both Deliver team & Regional Supply chain team
Review Amazon orders & handle out of stocks to avoid repeat orders & ensure an updated portfolio
Review charge backs & address issues to mitigate repeat issues over time
Serve as Subject Matter expert & reporting lead for the e-Com KPI’s (specifically Amazon Vendor Central) including OTIF-D
Maintain support maintenance of Amazon product catalogue
Demand Planning improvement

Support the improvement of Amazon forecast accuracy & reduce impact of forecast driven out of stocks
Drive forecast accuracy improvements, specifically for Events (Black Friday etc) by leveraging Amazon data on previous & current inventory holding, forecasts & previous orders in collaboration with Commercial team & End 2 End Planners
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required
University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) desirable.
3-5 years related experience.
Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles.
Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience.
Attention to detail, numerate and analytical.
Ability to make quick judgements around key priorities.
Assimilates large quantity of data quickly to provide clear and concise summary to stakeholders
Is always customer focused.
