Supplier Quality and Compliance ManagerSalary, Hours and Benefits
£45,000 - £50,000
37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility and an early Friday finish

Supplier Quality and Compliance ManagerCandidate Requirements / Key Responsibilities
Factory/supplier audit, assessment and approval ideally lead auditor qualified / experienced
Supplier improvement & development
Monitor and stay abreast of global regulatory compliance requirements
Evaluation of performance against regulatory compliance requirements
Defining AQLs and DCLs internally and with suppliers
Factory QC training
Staff technical training
Control of non-conforming products
Customer focussed approach
Willingness to travel (up to 10% of the role will include travel)
Technical / Engineering capability
Developing factory capabilities
Verification of product specification
Identification of compliance criteria
Inspection standard generation/negotiation
People management of small team
Experienced in multi-site operations
