Job Title: Supplier Auditor

Location: North Lincolnshire

Salary: �45,000 + Car Allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of full technical audits at suppliers and external cold storage


• Audit reports to be completed and ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are carried out and implemented.


• Follow up of SWA audits.


• Maintain an effective technical link between suppliers.


• Implement procedures for Supplier approval, blocking and removal of supplying plants.


• Maintain raw material specifications.


• Maintain the Supply Chain documentation to ensure it meets customer, third-party audit and legislative requirements.


• Complaint management for raw material and review of corrective and preventative actions.


• Support training of suppliers in areas of data management, specification compliance and planning and managing communications.


• Support and train on the established supplier evaluation system with incoming goods entrance checks, cut quality and microbiological quality. Provide appropriate solutions as approved.


• Carry out monthly internal audits within all areas of production, issuing a full report to the GMP monthly, including corrective and preventative actions and recommendations for improving GMP via root cause analysis.


• Provide feedback and presentations to customers

Required:

• Experience in technical/quality/compliance within food manufacturing.


• Supplier Auditing Experience


• HACCP Level 3


• Lead Auditor Certification


• Ability to Travel
