Part of the United Living Group, our turnover will double in the next 5 years to top £1 billion.We are a growing telecommunications company based in Widnes and are part of the United Living Group’s Infrastructure division.Job DescriptionPurpose:We are looking for 2 Supervisors to join our team, based in Warrington to assist on the build and delivery of our fixed line and Wireless projects.Specific Duties:Regular reviews of project status ensuring all options have been considered and evaluated to improve construction performanceManage multiple Civil ,flex and fibreteams.Promoting Near Miss and Positive Intervention Safety-culture reporting.Strong leadership with employees on siteEfficient communication and engagement with supply chainControl of site environmental issuesDevelopment of strong team working relationshipsEnsuring all project KPI s and KPM s are achievedUploading documents to company systems as and when necessary in line with business requirementsDeveloping accurate project programmes for weekly updatesEnsuring compliance to procedures through weekly/monthly returnsCost risk management and early identification of problematic issues on site.Weekly submission of information through T2C including weekly timesheets, material sheets and plant &site checklistsCollection of data for divisional coordinators including scheme drawings of layout, sections and construction detailsWeekly progress reportsHealth and Saftey Responsibilities:Set a good example to others by working safelyTake reasonable care of yourself and any other person who may be affected by your actions and omissionsAdopt a positive attitude, cooperate and assist the company in all aspects of Health, Safety and the EnvironmentUnderstand and help to implement all relevant health and safety policies and arrangements based upon the policies.Personal Skills:Able to work on own initiative and as part of a teamOrganisedTime management / ability to work to deadlinesProblem-Solving skills, and positive outlookSelf-motivated and proactiveAbility to develop, establish and maintain internal relationshipsQualificationsSkills:NRSWA accreditation to supervisory level (essential)Ideally you will hold a civil qualification.PIA accreditationSA001, SA002, SA006Deliver Telecoms civils on BuildA positive and enthusiastic approach to workGood organisation skillsAbility to work well under pressureIT literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)Additional InformationBike to work schemeCompany pensionLife insurancePrivate medical insuranceWellness programmesAdditional Information:Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data setsThis job is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes OfficeOpportunity to spend time in and working closely with other departments will be provided to ensure the successful applicant gains a wide depth and breadth of experience and understanding of the company and industry
