- Snowdonia National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 miles of diverse landscape, the Park is home to over 26,000 people, the highest mountain in Wales and the largest natural lake in Wales, Llyn Tegid.
We are now looking for a Seasonal Foreshore Supervisor to join us on a full-time basis for a seasonal fixed term contract until 30th September 2024.
Hourly rate of £12.82 per hour

- As a Seasonal Foreshore Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Llyn Tegid foreshore building, car park and adjacent area.
The site becomes extremely busy during the heights of the main holiday season and needs effective management to avoid congestion, potential issues between visitors and disruption to services.
Promoting the responsible use of Llyn Tegid and the local area, youll provide basic safety and orientation advice and assistance to the public and visitors, ensuring the highest standards of customer care.
Youll assist with the day-to-day management of the site, overseeing all car parking activities including traffic management, handling cash, and enforcing car parking charges.
Deal with enquiries and complaints
- Promote the observance of the Countryside Code and local codes of conduct
To be considered as a Seasonal Foreshore Supervisor, you will need:
- Fluency in Welsh and English
- An awareness of water safety issues
- Good local knowledge
- A full, valid driving licence
