At Batleys, we currently have an opportunity for a Service Supervisor to join the team at ourAs the Service Supervisor, you will assist the the Non-Trading Team Leader in managing their responsibilities of depot operations, in particular customer service, check out supervision, control of stock, staff rotas, and selling.You will be responsible for supporting the depot in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives.Key responsibilities include:-Ensure all checkout processes are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with guidelines and proceduresEmbed good Health and Safety practices.Manage the daily running of the departmentPlan and prioritise departmental work.Manage security of depot and stock.Meet customer satisfaction targets and scores We’re looking for someone with;Excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of company systems and proceduresUp to date knowledge of Health and Safety policy and proceduresHighly organised and display planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise various tasksGood problem-solving skillsIn return for your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary,30 days holiday (inclusive of statutory holidays) and pension.
