Salary: Starting from �31,000 and negotiable depending on experience

NonStop's client, based in Kent, is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are a non profit organisation with a Good Ofsted rating so you can be assure you are working with a team that puts children and foster carers at the core of what they do, leaving you with greater job satisfaction knowing you will be making a real difference in the live of foster children.

Along with this, they are offering a home based role with travel only required when visiting foster carers. This allows for an incredibly flexible schedule, giving you greater work life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible
• Manage a caseload in the Kent area.
• Responsible for assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Experience working within the Social Care sector
