What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of typically 13 fostering families, providing guidance and support.
• Help foster families develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to offer comprehensive wrap-around care to families.
• Actively participate in promoting the growth and development of the Fostering service.

Who You Are:

• A qualified social worker with Social Work England (SWE) registration.
• Experienced in fostering-related social work or child social care.
• Skilled at identifying the needs of young people.
• Possess a deep understanding of fostering regulations, childcare law, and safeguarding.
• Can make objective professional assessments.
• Hold a valid driving license and have access to a car.
• A passionate and reflective individual with a commitment to supporting children and families.
